30-day refund

If you buy a caretaker subscription and are not satisfied, email hello@rentorcaretake.rentals within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No reason required.

If we miss what we promised

If the number of live verified listings shown at purchase turns out to be materially inaccurate, you may request a full refund at any time within your subscription term.

Owner fees

Feature fees for listings are refunded in full if we decline to publish the listing or if you cancel before it goes live.

Rental listing fee ($4.95)

The $4.95 fee is refunded in full if we decline to publish your rental listing, or if you ask us to cancel before it goes live. Once a listing has been published, the fee for the 30-day listing period is not refundable, except where we removed the listing in error or failed to display it as described.
